BERNARD COHEN, MD Dr. Bernard A. Cohen is an Associate Professor of Dermatology and Pediatrics and the Director of the Johns Hopkins University Pediatric Dermatology and Cutaneous Laser Center. As Director of the Cutaneous Laser Center, he has extensive experience in the laser treatment of port-wine stains.
